Kristian Bailiff oversees client relations and safety coordination for Bailiff Exteriors, helping ensure every project runs smoothly while maintaining a strong focus on communication, organization, and jobsite safety. With a background in customer service, account management, and operations, she works closely with homeowners & business executives throughout the process to create a professional and stress free experience.
Kristian believes that clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail are key to building trust with customers. From scheduling and project updates, to supporting safety practices and day-to-day coordination, her goal is to help every client feel informed and confident from start to finish.
As a family owned business, Bailiff Exteriors LLC was built on honesty, hard work, and treating people the right way - values Kristian is proud to bring into every interaction.
When she’s not working, Kristian enjoys spending time with her family, raising their twin sons, and supporting the growth of their family owned business. She values strong relationships, honest communication, and creating a positive experience for every client.

Founder Steven Bailiff was raised on a ranch in Central Texas, where hard work, integrity, and craftsmanship were part of everyday life. Growing up, there was no waiting on someone else to get the job done. If something needed to be built or repaired, the family built it themselves.
From fences, gates, corrals, horse barns, tractor barns, and hay barns to pool construction, well houses, game rooms, and complete interior and exterior repairs — Steven learned early what it meant to work with his hands, solve problems, and take pride in building things the right way the first time.
By the age of 14, he had already started his own landscaping business, learning firsthand the value of customer service, accountability, and earning trust through hard work.
Later, Steven answered a greater call to service by joining the United States Marine Corps, where he traveled the world and developed the discipline, leadership, and mission-focused mindset that still guides the company today.
After returning home from military service, he transitioned into the home improvement and exterior restoration industry, where he spent years consulting with homeowners, managing projects, and becoming a respected industry leader.
But during those years, one thing became increasingly clear:
Homeowners and property owners deserved better.

Better transparency.
Better follow-through.
